• Semiconductor: A total of 162 hours (9 credits), covering IC design and layout, electronic materials, and semiconductor device manufacturing technology.
• Artificial Intelligence: Introduction to AI, conducted in a lecture-based format.
• Chinese Language Course: A total of 144 hours, including pronunciation practice, vocabulary reading and writing, conversation practice, and cultural activities.
