Recruitment and Selection Policy
National Taipei University of Technology (Taipei Tech) invites universities across New Southbound countries to actively promote this elite program to eligible students.
Program Overview
Semiconductor Core Courses (English)
- Electronic Materials
- CMOS VLSI Design and Layout
- Fabrication Technology of Semiconductor Devices
Mandarin & Culture
Mandarin Chinese courses — 9 hours per week, three classes
Cultural workshops & Taiwan exploration activities
The course schedule may be subject to change based on actual arrangements.
Eligibility
Science / Engineering Background
Be from science or engineering-related majors
Academic Standing
Junior/Senior undergraduate students or graduate students
English Proficiency
CEFR B2 or IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent)

Number of Admitted Students
Scholarship Support
- Full tuition waiver for the entire semester
- Flight subsidy — up to NTD 18,000 (reimbursed based on actual expenses)
- Monthly living allowance — NTD 10,000 (provided based on class attendance)
- Accommodation — school dormitories arranged (separate for male and female students, organized by the school)
